Hi,
Using mac-directory.xml for our phones, we found that incoming calls are idetified by names in the direcotry instead of the SIP name. For example:
X100 has SIP name JOHN DOE.
X200 has JOHN D. with contact 100 in its directory.
X100 call X200
X200 see the incoming from JOHN D.,instead of JOHN DOE.
Is there a setting to disable the directory lookup for internal calls?

Hello xmel,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Phone is not aware of a difference between internal and external calls as a traditional PABX would be.
If a contact is in the directory and the lookup feature is active the phone will display the name. You can remove the contact of this individual phones mac-directory in order to prevent this.
