My company has a Polycom Soundpoint ip 335, and we need to disable the voicemail. We need the ringer to go for longer than 20 seconds so that it gets picked up by our automated CRM system.
Can somebody please tell me how to disable/turn off the voicemail function? I've seen a lot about how to edit it, but I just want to entirely disable it.

Hello Benjamin,
the SPIP335 Support Page => here <= holds the User Guides that show you the menus of the phone.
Again, this is most likely a setting on your SIP server that cannot be controlled / changed by the phone.
The only other option is a call forward no answer which is described in the User Guides.
Best Regards

Hello Benjamin,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The call forwarding to voicemail is usually a setting on your SIP server and is usually not controlled by the phone itself.
I would suggest you contact whoever is looking after your SIP server so they change this setting.
The only other way for a call to go to voicemail would be controlled by the phones own Call Forward settings.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
