I have a customer that recently migrated from Cisco phones to Polycom phones. While they are much happier with the Polycom quality, there is 1 feature that we have not been able to replicate with the new Polycom phones. The Cisco phones were able to indicate if Call Forwarding had been invoked or not. Does anyone have any experience in getting any Polycom phone to indicate if forwarding has been invoked or not?

Hello mrothstein,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

In addition specifying the phone model that is being used also helps in providing an answer.

 

Looking at both for an example User guides for an SPIP650 => here <= or a VVX500 => here <=  they indicate the call forward via the line key and usually even via a scrolling message.
