Hi

 

We recently implemented Lync 2013 and  are using Polycom VVX500 phones that are all setup by provisioning server, and recently upgraded to UC v5.

 

We are having a hard time transferring calls from the phones. The issue is that to remember every employee's extension isn't really an option, but the directory that pops up in-call only list's the user's contacts.

 

Is there a way to display the Lync Directory, or even the Corporate Directory in-call rather than the default user directory.
