Display name limit for extensions

Hello,

 

Our phones are set up with a list of extensions that we can dial out of using the buttons on the sides of the screen (VVX). I'm guessing that since there are buttons on both sides of the screen, you can have a list on both sides as well; however, we only have extensions on the left side. The names get cut when they reach the middle of the screen, which enables you to see the name of the extension but not the number (displayed after the name). Is there a way to expand the character limit if we're only using the left side of the screen? It would be great if we could see the name and extension number.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
