Good evening,
We enabled diversion header displayed. It means that when a call is redirected, the original redirecting number and name can be displayed on the phone receiving the original call.
However, some phones display the name + number, some other phones display the name only. We even saw some VVX400 phones displaying "unidentified" when there is a number in the SIP URI, but no display name.
Is there some setting to control that behavior ?
I did not find any.
Thank you,

Hello dsandras,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
As you have not specified which exact model display's what and which does not and specifically what version of software the working / non-working models are running this would be rather difficult to answer.
As long as the parameter is activated I am not aware of any reason, apart from a bug or an unsupported format, why we would not display this.
As a standard the following is turned off:
voIpProt.SIP.header.diversion.enable
I suggest you work with your known tier 2 contacts in EMEA so we can troubleshoot this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen,
I'll report the possible bug upstream.
SoundPoint IP phones behave correctly. They display the number&name (if available) when a call is diverted.
VVX phones with the latest 4.1.x firmware and 5.0.x firmware behave incorrectly. If no name is available in the diversion header, they display "UNIDENTIFIED" and no number.
Thank you for your help,
Damien
