Hello,

I have IP650 and a IP670 phone connected to a Broadworks IP-Centrex system. When I activate Nway-calling feature (network basedconferencing) on the IP670 it works fine.

But when I try to activate it on the IP650 it does not work.

in the app.log file I see the following message :

0507163108|lic  |4|02|License: feature NwayConference is not available

I do not have any licenses active on both the IP650 and the IP670 and in all the manuals about licensing they both look the same.

Can anybody tell if there is a difference betweem licenses I need for the IP670 and IP650?

Bootrom  : 4.2.2

Application : 3.1.2.092

I also tried Bootrom : 4.3.1 / app 3.3.1 on both phones, no difference.

Thanks in Advance

Gert-Jan

Hello Gert-Jan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

According to the UCS 3.3.0 or later release notes the SPIP650 does not require an additional license for nway.

I would suggest you install a current supported Firmware like UCS 3.3.5 or UCS 4.1.0 Rev B and re-test and if you are still having issues follow this up via your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
