Does Polycom IP7000 SIP phone support VPN/DMVPN ?

Hi Team,

 

Please let me know if Polycom IP7000 SIP phone support VPN/DMVPN ? I am trying to register this SIP phone to Avaya SIP server over VPN environment but it is not working.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

There is usually no need to "bump" a post and we specifically ask people not to do this. We will repsond when we have an answer.

So far you only mention it does not work but did not provide details like a software version or any logs.

 

If you are having an urgent issue please contact your Polycom reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
