Plantronics + Polycom.

I am looking all over the site and cannot find where to place a help support
Once, after few hours of looking I finally find it and submitted a request but it was ignored
I had bought the phone more than 1 month ago and I am not able evan to connect it and install it
I had never encounter such bad services
Anyone know what can I do?
Which Polycom product (model name) do you have and where did you purchase it?
Does the reseller you purchased your Polycom product from provide service & support?
On the Polycom website at http://www.polycom.com , please select the "Support" tab at the top.
Next, click on the appropriate section, for example underneath the "Documents & Downloads" section, click on "Voice".
There is a list of the different Polycom voice products; were you able to identify your product and look for more information ?
