Hello,

 

I desperately need to downgrade the firmware to 3.2.7.0420 and I don't know how. Can someone give me instructions on this? I have tried to provision the phone with a new phone system and it didn't work as expected, so I tried to install the phone back on my old system and it won't automatically provision because of the software version. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hello pitsbros,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as an reply may depend on this.
