Hello there,

I am trying to create a soft key to allow blind transfers to Lync contacts in our Lync 2013 system.  I've seen a great example on how to create a blind transfer button here, but this configuration requires user to enter a 4 digit extension to complete the transfer.  User can't use line appearance buttons on the phone or VVX expansion module to complete the transfer once the efk.prompt kicks in.

 

I am able to create the soft button as specified in the documents referenced above on UC 5.1.3 - and it works as advertised.
