EFK Toggle

Hi there,

 

I'd like to configure softkey that toggles between labels "Forward" and "Cancel Forward" and performs different actions based on label. Does anyone know how to create this kind of button?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is not possible. A softkey can only have one function.
