EFK / VVX Replace on screen TRANSFER key with "BLINDXFER"?

alisade: Did you ever get this working, I also have a client with VVX phones that wants to disable attendant transfer and only use blind transfers.

EDIT BY MOD: Moved from => here <= as a different type of phone is being used.

Re: EFK / VVX Replace on screen TRANSFER key with "BLINDXFER"?

Hello nysolutions,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The VVX ( I assume it is a 500/600 or even 3x0/4x0) uses a completely new GUI and some EFK functions may not work the same or are not yet possible on these phones.

I would suggest the following:

  • Provide the community with the details of the phone you are using
  • Provide the community with the details of the Software Version on the phone
  • Provide the community with the approach you or your client have made so far to implement this functionality

You may be requested to raise this via your Polycom reseller and / or Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
