Hi Steffen,

Thanks for the great article.

Although it seems to be a contradiction having FLK and EFK configured together.

Our goal is to have EFK speed dials on the expansion module of the phone without overlapping the main screen with these EFK entries.

Even if we program the buttons to higher positions, we still see the EFK entry on the phone screen, not on the expansion module's screen.

We have following configuration profile on RPRM:

<test     feature.EFKLineKey.enabled="1"
        efk.efklist.1.action.string="+12345"
        efk.efklist.1.mname="Test 1"
        efk.efklist.1.status="1"
        efk.efklist.2.action.string="+12346"
        efk.efklist.2.mname="Test 2"
        efk.efklist.2.status="1"
        efk.efklist.3.action.string="+12347"
        efk.efklist.3.mname="Test 3"
        efk.efklist.3.status="1"
        feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1"
        feature.flexibleLineKey.enable="0" />

How should we configure the profile so that it is applied on the expansion module?

Thanks in advance for the hint.
Kind Regards

Aron

Hello @aronm ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Its good practice to provide a minimum amount of information about the type of phones, their software and what version of RPRM is being used.

The above helps volunteers to be able to comment.

I suggest you check a combination of:

Jan 12, 2012 Question: Can I change / re-assign the appearance of  Line, BLF, Speed Dial and Presence Keys?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

and

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Dear SteffenBaierUK,

the option up.regOnPhone = 1 did the trick.
Thank you very much for the valuable information.

Have a great weekend!
