Hello, 

 

We are aving a few customers on the VVX 400 experiencing echo on the handset - These customers upgraded from ip 501 and ip650 phones.  We are currently running. 5.2.0 and the phones are connected to Asterisk.

It would be great if you could follow up your original post's and provide some feedback if the reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

The source of the echo is usually the far end.

 

We would need to know if the Phones are now using a different codec, if these are internal calls or external calls etc.

 

Please work with your Polycom reseller who sold you the phones to receive further support.
