Editing Option 60 on VVX phones

Hello,

 

I tried looking online and couldn't find anything that showed if we could or could not edit the Vendor ID on a VVX phone.  

 

We are implementing different variants of Polycom VVX 500's and they have different server paths.  This poses an issue because the vendor id is always the same Polycom-VVX500.

 

We would like to edit this so that we can have say Polycom-VVX500-Turret go to one server path where as just the regular Polycom-VVX500 goes to another path.

 

PLease let me know if this is something that can be accompllished or not.

To my knowledge there is no way to change this factory value.

 

You would require a Business Case to request this change.
