Egypt 2014 Daylight saving fix for polycom cx500, 600 and 700 phones

Dear All,

 

Egypt starts Daylight saving from 15 May, does any one has an idea if there's a fix that should installed on polycom phone devices to set the daylight time configuration.

Hello Marwan,

As already explained in my prior reply any software changes to the optimizd for LYNC phones must come from Microsoft so I would advise you to contact Microsoft directly.

Any software changes to the optimizd for LYNC phones must come from Microsoft so I would advise you to contact Microsoft directly.

Thank you very much for your response,

unfortunately microsoft didn't provide any hotfix for polycom phones regarding Daylight time saving.

 

we can only fix this issue if we configured another time zone on the phones.

 

if you know any software that can change time zone configuration on polycom phones CX 500, 600 and 700 remotly that would be great and would help me solve this issue.
