Currently, we are unable to place a call on hold, and then navigate to the presence menu, and click on a Name and make an outbound call (it currently doesn't do anything when you press on the screen). We would like it to automatically dial out a new call when you place a call on hold and click on a presence icon.

Can someone help me figure the correct settings to accomplish this?

Here are a couple of settings I"ve tried:

call.stickyAutoLineSeize = 1
call.stickyAutoLineSeize.onHookDialing = 1
reg.1.callsPerLineKey = 2
reg.1.lineKeys = 2

Hello KyleWatson,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It would be great for others if you could kindly check your older post's => here <= and ensure they are marked as "Accept Solution" if applicable.

That way they are highlighted and the people providing you with answers get some kind of recognition that replying to your multiple post's helped you.

For your new question as usual the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Apr 24, 2014 Question: How can I transfer a call to a Buddy/shared line/BLF/Contact on a VVX300/VVX400/VVX500/VVX600?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

If the above does not help you please go ahead and work with NETXUSA, who sold this Phone back in June 2013, and open a Pay Per Incident support ticket with Polycom support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

I don't think you understood the question.

This has nothing to do with transferring a call.

I want to make an outgoing call by clicking on a BLF icon while having a call on hold.

Currently, I place a call on hold, navigate to the BLF menu screen, and click on the person icons and it does nothing. I want it to make an outgoing call to the phone number (instead it doesn't do ANYTHING)

Hello KyleWatson,

the linked VoIP FAQ post was simply meant for illustrative purposes and I briefly tested this earlier today without issues.

You next step has already been explained and you need to work with your reseller as replied.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Reverting back to an older version of the software restores the functionality.
