We have a PBX server and extensions are part of it. All phones devices connected to the PBX system are polycom phones. Each extensions are associated with the numbers. I need to setup auto answer on polycom device. Let me know how this can be achieved.
Option 2 is most likely what you are after but not knowing what kind of SIP PABX you use or even what Polycom phone model you may, if compatible , want to use Option 5 instead.
Polycom VVX phones in addition can be set to automatically answer every call. Again without knowing or more details study the above FAQ and utilize the community search feature for follow up questions.
