How do you enable the eapol log off message on Polycom 335?  I have read support documents from the polycom support sites and it says it has to be done in the Central Provisioning Server. How do I get it configured on our Polycoms.

 

Our VOIP vendor told me that their "provisioning server"  does not support  EAPoL Logoff Messaging.

Hello sho,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Resolution: Please check here

 

UC SOftware 4.0.0 added 802.1x support which included EAPOL and a community search finds these posts => here <=

 

Please work this with your vendor as your phone supports 4.0.11 which is the latest software for this phone.
