Error Polycom Soundpoint IP 550

I can recieve calls, but i can't dial.

I can do it maybe 1 time in 1 hour and after that i can't at all.

I don't hear dial tone, can't establish connection.

After establishing connection expires there is error message "unassigned 

When i run Menu-Status-Line it says Line 1 unassigned unassigned.

In configuration menu i have: 
Configuration files-Errors found : 3

I tryied reset and update and it's not working. 
Hope someone can reply on this.

Hello Milan Ivanovic,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

You will always be able to hear the dialtone as this is how VoIP phones work.

I am using SIP version 4.0.4.2906
I am registered but its says above Line 1 Unassigned Unassigned.

Hello Milan Ivanovic,

Please do the following:

 

  1. Factory Reset the Device
  2. Upgrade to a currently supported Version aka UC Software 4.0.11
