When connecting a CX600 with a USB cable to a HP Thinclient after a few hours a message pops up. The message is in French 'Protocole voix sur IP" which is littery translated "Protocol voice over IP". Has anyone a clue why this pops up. The user can't make any phonecall until the USB cable is unplugged. Could it be possible that after making a call from with the Lync client the Polycom doesn't have a clue that the call is finished and keeps active (on a cellphone picture of the error message i see a counter of 34 minutes). Picture is attached.
The CX600 is also connected by LAN network because the HP thinclient is using the built-in switch from the CX600.
