Error on CX600

When connecting a CX600 with a USB cable to a HP Thinclient after a few hours a message pops up. The message is in French 'Protocole voix sur IP" which is littery translated "Protocol voice over IP". Has anyone a clue why this pops up. The user can't make any phonecall until the USB cable is unplugged. Could it be possible that after making a call from with the Lync client the Polycom doesn't have a clue that the call is finished and keeps active (on a cellphone picture of the error message i see a counter of 34 minutes). Picture is attached.

The CX600 is also connected by LAN network because the HP thinclient is using the built-in switch from the CX600.

Kind Regards

Re: Error on CX600

Hello Steven Provo,

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.
