Exchange calendar integration : add an option to disable reminder tone

Hi,

we have a feature request from our users.

They like the calendar integration, they like to have reminder of their meetings on the phone, but, users that work on open space complain about the reminder tone, because it sounds loop every x minutes until the user has not removed the notification. when you have 10 VVX in an office, if users are absent it is unbearable for those who remain.

Is it possible to add an option in the conf to mute these reminders? Today we can only fully disable reminders

I also have the same question, is it possible to have the audible alert for calendar appointments turned off?  It is quite distracting especially with multiple phones in a single area.

Hello all,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

At present this is not yet possible but a future software should include this as an enhancement. Please check future release notes for VOIP-97576.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
