Hi,

I have a VVX 411 with an expansion module installed. I am connecting to a BroadWorks system and using "attednant.URI" to setup the BLF. The subscription is working fine but the list of monitored users starts on the line keys of the device. I want the BLFs to only appear on the Expansion Module and have the device only show the active line.

I have tried to setup the BLF manually as per the FAQ:

https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/FAQ-Can-I-change-re-assign-the-appearance-of-Line-B...

But when I set the "lineKey.reassignment.enabled="1"" The Attendant.URI subscripton is ignored.

Phone Info:

Model: VVX 411

UC Software Version: 5.9.3.3446

Updater Version: 5.9.7.19340

I also found a related post but I do not beleive the issue was resolved.

 https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/Polycom-VVX-400-Force-BLF-only-on-Side-Cards/td-p/8...

Thank you

Sean

Hello @Sean Doherty ,

I actually followed this up internally and it works with attendant.uri.

image

lineKey.1.category="Line"
	lineKey.1.index="1"
	lineKey.9.category="BLF"/>

The above used 1 Line registration on the main phone and an attendant.uri

Hello @Sean Doherty ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The original poster >here< never followed this up and I did not realize at the time of posting they where using attendant.uri rather than the assumed attendant.resourceList.x.address.

I suggest you get this into support as we have a similar discussion in an internal ticket VOIP-91612

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Hi Steffan,

That worked! I think I had an error in my config file.

Thanks for your help.
