Does Polycom offer extended warranty service for IP Phone? Where can I get the price list for each model's extended warranty?

You will need to contact your Polycom reseller in regards to any pricing.

 

Premier, One Year, priced per IP handset (Premier service contract REQUIRES 100% coverage for at least 100 Polycom IP phones per end user customer account) 4870-00302-112
Premier, Three Year, priced per IP handset (Premier service contract REQUIRES 100% coverage for at least 100 Polycom IP phones per end user customer account) 4870-00302-312

If I want to be a reseller of Polycom. How to work with Polycom or Polycom Distributor to offer my end-users extended warranty? Does Polycom headquarter has any standard practice or related policy? Who fix the extended warranty pricing and repair the defective units?

May we know when is the validity of the Premier License? We bought some Videoconferencing units and the Polycon reseller is claiming that the warranty of the equipment we bought expires one year from PO date. Are we supposed to pay for something that we have not even seen nor use since the equipment was not even installed at the project site.
