External number not showing after call transfer

Hi all,

 

Hope you can help.

 

When an external calls comes in to a VVX 400 phone the external CLI shows. However, if the call is to be transfered then the external CLi is not showing on screen - it only shows the extenstion of the phone that transfered that call?

 

Has anyone any idea if this a firware issue on the VVX 400 phone?

Hello Mike,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

We would need to see the call signaling in order to determine if the number is actually presented to the phone.

 

The FAQ contains various troubleshooting sections that should help you.
