Extremely high RTD reported in RTCP-XR for VM Retrieval call

The Polycom firmware is erroneously reporting high RTD in RTCP-XR for VM retrieval.  The value seems to be fairly close to the length of message playback.  This is faulty.  Has anyone noticed this issue?  This is either in a 4.0.x or 4.1.x version of firmware.  Has this possibly already been addressed in a later version of firmware?
