Guidelines
The HP Community is where owners of HP products, like you, volunteer to help each other find solutions.
HP Recommended

The SPIP320, SPIP321, SPIP330, SPIP331 and SPIP335 only offer the Abc, abc or 123 input mode.

This is as designed and the following workaround can be used if a Username or Password containing a capital Letter after the first letter like SuperUser is needs to be added.

Once the First letter has been added in capitals the Phone automatically switches to lowercase mode.

the new added character is shown as lower case

When the Arrow Up / Navigation Up Key is pressed straight after adding the new Character it will automatically change into a capital character.
