VVX Business Media Phones show during the first 10 seconds of an active inbound call a OSD pop up-window offering various options including to answer, reject, forward or to ignore the call.

 

Sometimes it may be desirable to return to the standard idle display view showing any additional Lines, Contacts, Busy Lamp field or Skype for Business Favorites

 

UC Software 5.4.4 or later:

 

A new parameter up.OffHookLineView.enabled was added. Enabling this will not show the standard Call Records when lifting the handset. The same is applicable during a transfer

UC Software 5.3.0 and later:

 

A new Parameter ( up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled ) was added to UC Software 5.3.0 and later Versions preventing the pop up of the Caller Information on a VVX phone to cover the screen.

During an inbound call press More

Select Ignore

The phone displays the Idle view with the overlaid inbound call

During an and select Ignore

The phone displays the inbound call

Swipe to the left and the Phone will display the Idle view with an alerting Icon showing the ringing Line
