I've this scenerio for registration.

 

With the default user and password for my (330, 331, 650, VVX 201, VVX310) I've configured an FTP with directories for each type of phone like this 

 

FTP address:  

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/330

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/331

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/650

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/201

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/310

 

in each directory the latest release of software is present. 

 

I've downloaded the 5.5.1 Split for the 201 and 310, 310 updated without problems but 201 seems is trying to update but never ends, when cancel the app start, the phone loads the 3111-40450-001.sip.ld everytime, is it normal? 

 

Is this scenerio good or it will be better/optimal to store registration and app files of each phone in a separate folder and update files  like this 

 

www.xxx.yyy.zzz   for  Registration/Provisioning (201, 331, 310,650)

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/330 for Update /Provisioning  as latest release installed 3.3.5 don't have update server option

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/331 for Update

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/650 for Update 

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/201 for Update

www.xxx.yyy.zzz/310 for Update

 

Is it correct?

For your new Problem please post some logs.

 

Please change some of the logging levels:

 

  • Settings > Logging > Global Log Level Limit > Debug
  • Settings > Logging > Log File Size (Kbytes) > 160
  • Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > COPY > Debug
  • Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > CURL > Debug
