I am facing issue with the sip notify polycom-check-cfg <EXT> command.
I am using the same model phone (Sound Point 331) with different firmware 184.108.40.2068
sip notify polycom-check-cfg <EXT> will working fine with 220.127.116.118 firmware model and not working with 4.1.1.0731 model .
Am using the below configuration in the sip.cfg file .
<voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot="0" />

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.
In addition 4.1.1 is for LYNC only where 4.0.11 is for openSIP.
Are you having a configuration isssue or is the SIP NOTIFY not working?
