The display windows stated NOT registered. So I followed the step to register and then it stated FAILED Registration.
I have updated the software, unplugged all cords and re-plugged, diagnostics, rebooted and still unable to register successfully.
what phone release are you using. please make sure you specified your sntp server and also youu registrered your sip servers correctly on sip configuration.
