Failed to convert Microsoft Dial Plan

Failed to convert Microsoft Dial Plan

My phone is connected Lync server, and I see the following error in phone's log:

0528145229|utilm|4|00|Failed to Convert MicroSoft Dial plan: ^\+?[\s()\-\./]*1?[\s()\-\./]*\(?\s*([2-9]\d\d)\s*\)?[\s()\-\./]*(\d\d\d)[\s()\-\./]*(\d\d\d\d)[\s]*
0528145229|utilm|4|00|Failed to Convert all the MicroSoft(Lync) Dial plans

I'm able to make and receive calls, just not sure how to resolve this error.  My phone is on version 4.1.2

Re: Failed to convert Microsoft Dial Plan

Hello Shawn,

this is most likely caused by an incompatibility of the dial plan used on LYNC in comparison with our phones native digitmap.

I suggest you change the log level for utilm to 2 and then escalated this via your Polycom reseller to Polycom support.

Best Regards
