My phone is connected Lync server, and I see the following error in phone's log:

I'm able to make and receive calls, just not sure how to resolve this error. My phone is on version 4.1.2
this is most likely caused by an incompatibility of the dial plan used on LYNC in comparison with our phones native digitmap.
I suggest you change the log level for utilm to 2 and then escalated this via your Polycom reseller to Polycom support.
