Hello,

 

I have a Sound Station IP 7000

Assembly 3111-40000-001 Rev B

SIP 3.1.0.0084

BootRom 4.1.2.0037

 

I get a Disk Full message when loading the bootrom.ld and sip.ld from the TFTP server.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Not knowing what Software you are trying to flash I suggest you follow this VoIP FAQ post here and use FTP instead and ensure all the right files are used:
