I was performing an update today while the Trio was in use. I noticed it was taking much longer than usual but right when the meeting was closed the Trio went about restarting and installing the new firmware. Does the update service put itself on hold when the device is in use or did it happen to be coincidence the update proceeded right as the device went idle?
A couple or if not all of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice was useful and has helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
We have asked this on multiple occasions without much luck.
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.
Please ensure to provide feedback especially for the posts where I had asked you to open a support ticket.
