Hello , I believe I have done my required search for procedures to upgrade the firmware in a cx300 , but I have come up empty handed. Could someone point me in the correct direction? Hopefully it can be done, and i just cant find the obvious . Thanks Jon
The CX300 does not require any software updates to my knowledge as it is a simple USB Audio Device.
All relevant drivers are embedded in the Microsoft Operating system that supports the device and are usually supplied via the OCS / LYNC client.
