Global deployment - Multiple Timezones and Daylight Savings

Hi Everyone

We are deployng Polycom Lync VVX310,500,600 across multople time zones with different daylight savings time & date requirements.


What would be the best options for deploying the phones and ensuring time and daylight savings are honoured correctly for each time zone.  We have 3 x Lync data centres: Dallas, London, Singapore. Phones will be deployed across the Americas, APAC and EMEA.

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually the DHCP Server would provide the Time Server and the local Offset.


I would suggest to setup separate Provisioning servers in the region that supply the phones with their localization (language and day time saving details)
