Purchased a used IP 335 and cannot connect to web interface -- it got IP address, tried to provision it with ringcentral over customer support, they can see the phone after I gave the mac address but they said there was a problem so I cannot call our/take calls.
I then found the web interface is off. Tried to reset device -- reset all 3 options:
Sip version 3.3.2.0413
Got it from a polycom emplyee from craigslist. What can I do to enable the web interafce to manual provision it?
