Got a used IP 335 with web interface turned off

Got a used IP 335 with web interface turned off

Purchased a used IP 335 and cannot connect to web interface -- it got IP address, tried to provision it with ringcentral over customer support, they can see the phone after I gave the mac address but they said there was a problem so I cannot call our/take calls. 


I then found the web interface is off. Tried to reset device -- reset all 3 options:

reset local

reset web

reset device

no change


Sip version


Got it from a polycom emplyee from craigslist. What can I do to enable the web interafce to manual provision it?

I would suggest you contact the Polycom employee as this may be a beta device or a development signed phone.
