Hello,

I was attempting to implement the Polycom UC Software PTT/Group Paging Audio Packet Format as defined in Engineering Advisory 70568, however I am having a problem with the audio being garbled once it is played by the phone.

Please see this video for my current issue. First I play what the audio should sound like, then I play what I am getting through the phone:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2jC6SpJarc

I think I may be missing something from the documentation, but I am re-read it many times and I haven't been able to figure it out.  As a troubleshooting step I captured the packets of a paging session initiated from the phone and if I extract the bytes of audio of of these packets I am able to send it back to the phone successfully and hear it clearly.  This to me means that I have the audio in the wrong format, but I am using G711u as the doc suggests.

Any advice from anyone on what furthur troubleshooting steps I could try?

Thanks,

Joe
