Hello,
I am setting up a simple page group between three VVX 600 sets and one VVX400 set just to see if it would work for one of our situations. I pretty much left everything default in the sets' on-line configuration other than enabling the feature. The feature seems to work fine when the three 600s are assigned but once I add the 400, it causes the members to stop recieving the pages. To get it working again, I have to remove the 400 from the group and reboot the three 600s and it goes back to normal. Are the 600s the only sets that can recieve and send a page? They are all version 5.4.2.2834.
Thanks
Dale

Well scratch the previous post. It turns out that it doesn't matter what type of phones. They work for a few times after a reboot on each one and then after that, the feature acts up. Any issues with their software revision? Currently they are all 5.4.2.2834.
Tried the upgrade but when re-booting a set, I get a boot file error. Had to revert back to 5.4.2 to get my phones back up. Any known problems with the new version?
Hello Daleshew,
Did you check the Phone logs ?
As already advised please open a ticket so we can investigate this.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
