We're using VVX 400 phones with SPIP 5.2.0.8330.

Is it possible to increase the volume of the group pages?  We just tried to move a client over to using group page from using a paging group from the server but the volume was too low.  It seems the max volume of group paging is different from the max loudspeaker volume that is used when pages are handled on the PBX.

Not sure if this should be in a separate post but is it also possible to include $Fpage$ in an EFK and have it automaticaly use the deffault paging group?  Right now it brings them to the paging screen where they can choose a group.

Hello ,

this described in this Knowledge base article => here <=

For the Softkey you need to keep in mind that a EFK is simply a reproduction of the key's a customer would press to archive a functionality.

Example:

<web feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" softkey.1.action="$Fpage$$FSoftkey4$" softkey.1.enable="1"
softkey.1.label="PAGE" softkey.1.use.idle="1" softkey.1.precede="1" />

The above add's a new Softkey and automatically selects the default group.

Hello Ronak,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include your currently used Polycom Phone model and a bit more descriptive text other than "this does not work" as it did work for the original poster.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
