I have many POLUYCOM 331 and 335 havoing issues where they rpeiodficaly hang or freeze, there seems to be no apparent reason the freeze can accure even while checking missed calls on phone.  We are using

 

APPver: 3.3.4.0085

COMP ver: 5.1.2.003

 

Has anyone experience this issue and what was fix if any?

A look at the logs should show any configuration issues.

Maybe I missed explained the issue.  The phones hanging or freezing can happen durring any phone fuction.  I will check logs but not sure config is issues, bassed on what I found in goole searches it maybe a firmware issues.  Can you confirm most stable firmware?

I noticed these errors from the site having this issues.

Hello Fernando,

 

you have a boot and an app log.

 

What I noticed is that the log level for the module copy is set to 3 instead of the standard 4.

 

I suggest you check your configuration and complete set of logs.

 

3.3.4 is the latest in the 3.3.x range, or if your phone is compatible you can upgrade to 4.0.3.
