I have enabled it. I cannot get the buddies softkey to come up on a 331. Has this feature been removed on the 331? It works on a 650.

Hello jdoverj2,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We encourage all users to post their software release that they are using in order to check against release notes etc.

 

The SPIP3xx Series has obviously limits what it can display due the smaller display and the lack of dedicated hardware buttons.

 

The usual layout would be NewCall => Callers => Dir

 

An additional Softkey would be displayed on the next screen and the Dir Button would be replaced by a new More button and then on the next screen Dir and your new Button.

 

Without seeing your configuration other members of the community would be unable to help.
