Hello

I have truble to make this thing work.

I m using IP331 with softare 3.2.6

i have add to the sip.cfg file this line:

<se.rt.custom3 se.rt.custom3.name="Low Double Trill" se.rt.custom3.ringer="ringer3" />

just in the buigining.

under <voipProt> i added this:

<voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.3.value="external"     voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.3.class="custom3"/>

under the "alert-info" section i put "externa" (without the questation). and it is still rining with the default ringtone.

I have tried to add those lines in a diiferent file but still no success, tried to look in > this <<<

still nothing work for me.

i m using freepbx 2.9 with asterisk 1.8

Thank you in advance for the help
