Is there a way to change what callers hear when they are placed on hold? This is the SoundPoint IP 650 phone.

Hello Lefb_W,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The phone itself does not play the music, your SIP server does so you will need to investigate on that end.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
