How can I use paging while I'm on a live call?

I wonder if we can have the page function while on a live call? Say I am on a call and I want to page all other users. How is that possible? I'm using VVX400 and VVX600.

Please advise.

Hello Mehrtash,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We have various possibilitys to customize keys on the phone.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above FAQ post contains a post in regards of a Page key during a transfer. You can use this example but specify :"1"

instead of

in order to appear during a call.

Re: How can I use paging while I'm on a live call?

Thank you so much Steffen,

I used:

feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" softkey.1.action="$FPage$" softkey.1.enable="1" softkey.1.label="PAGE" softkey.1.use.dialtone="1" softkey.1.precede="1" />

and  it worked just fine.

Great help.
