We are currently using NEC UNIVERGE SV8100 IP PABX.  Anyone know how to configure the Polycom Duo to make 3 ways/parties conference.

 

Please find the Procedures to Make Conference but not work in Duo (SIP Way)

 

1. Establish Intercom or trunk call.

2. Hookflash and dial 826 (Access Code to Make Multi-parties Conference)

3. Dial extension/Access Trunk Call you want to add.

4. Hookflash twice to set up the Conference.

Hello cnkandylau,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation Duo can be used in analog mode or in SIP mode.

 

If in SIP mode there is no such functionality as a Hook Flash as this is only a functionality on analog phones or the SoundStation Duo in analog mode.

 

Both the User Guide and Quick User Guide contain the step by step information on how to use the conference facility on a SoundStation duo and can be found => here <=
