How do I add extensions for other people in the office to a VVX with zoom calling?


Hello,

 

We just switched from Verizon to Zoom.   We are trying to figure out how to get the extensions put back on the phones.    Right now it only shows that person's own phone however there are some people in the office that have other people's extension on their phone as well.   We tried putting in a delegation but must be doing it wrong because that wasn't the answer or delegation isn't the right way to do it.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

 

For your new question, I suggest you work with our partner Zoom as they control the provisioning of the phone.

Thanks - for some reason the topics went to my junk mail so I lost track of them.


As for getting in touch with zoom - probably due to covid - if you try to open a case with them you get an instant reply - without any resolution
