Hello pitipong,

welcome to the Polycom Community. If you read the snippet you posted the guide actually says that the SSIP7000 does not need a license.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

The snippet of the Admin guide you posted is for the SIP version 3.1.x and I doubt you are running such an old software.

If you do you should seriously consider upgrading.

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above describes how to upgrade.

The latest UCS software should be considered before you do any more troubleshooting.

Oct 25, 2011 Question: What is the maximum amount of participants in a conference call?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above explains how many conferences are supported on the phone itself.

For any more issues you should in addition work with your SIP PABX provider as they would have done the interoperability testing.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello pitipong,

Please see my reply as I already provided you with an answer in regards to the ability to conference a certain amount of calls via the SoundStation.

The SSIP7000 can only handle a 3 way conference and there is no need for a license.

All our phones support the possibility to host a conference on a SIP server (if supported by the server) and this is outlined in the FAQ post referenced above.

If you still have an issue with a 3 way conference then you need to liaise with your SIP server provider as they would have done any interoperability testing.

For further troubleshooting please work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.

Best Regards
