I want to how is Soundstation IP5000 working with fritzbox 7490 ? and if it is not working what i can do ? and any Soundstation working with fritzbox 7490 ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

My UC Software Version: 4.0.1.13681
and i want to connect it with Fritz box 7490
I try to add Ip phone in fritz box but it is always say enter the password in the phone and it is like *4789 and I can’t enter it in Polycom ip 5000 I make the sitting in the phone like my fritz box and it is not working
SIP Line Identification
Display Name
Address : 123456789
Authentication User ID : 123456789
Authentication Password : *********
Label : 123456789
It is say: fritz box ( not register ) and the port is 0 always
Note: I have 3 phone (Dect) it is connect to my fritz box so do you think it is not working because of that??

You should be on UC Software 4.0.13
The password will always show asterisks so that is normal.
I had tested this ages ago and it works if you follow the XYZ FAQ.

Thanks for submitting these.
Again your software is outdated so I suggest you upgrade.
In addition I can see that you are trying to register to your fritzbox using an address / auth user id of 123456789.
Usually on a Fritz!Box the extensions should be startin something with 7 or so.
Please work with the correct credentials and follow the FAQ. There is also a troubleshooting section which can be consulted.
In addition I can see an SSL error but for support you would need to work with either AVM or contact VIDENDA DISTRIBUTION LIMITED who sold this unit back in 14/06/2016.
